Our e-commerce Standard Shipping service offers delivery of orders within 3 - 7 working days upon order confirmation to Singapore-only destinations at the following rates:

We partner with third-party delivery service providers for all shipping services. Deliveries are made on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays), between 9.30am - 5pm.
Free-of-charge self-collection at our office is available for e-commerce orders by appointment only, between Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays), between 9.30am – 5.30pm.
We estimate and communicate all delivery and collection timelines based on standard circumstances, through our e-commerce Order Confirmation emails.
KHL Secure Pte Ltd assumes no responsibility for delays in shipping caused by extraneous factors (such as weather, inspections, incorrect addresses, and/or transportation related problems and accidents).
