Returns

In the unlikely situation that you are considering returning your items purchased from KHL’s e-commerce platform, please note that any requests for returns must done within 7 working days from date of order being delivered.

All requests for returns are subject to review and approval by our support team, based on these conditions :

  • The product(s) delivered does not match the specifications or description listed on KHL’s e-commerce platform.
  • The product(s) delivered does not match your order.
  • The product(s) delivered are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product(s) was not delivered within a reasonable timeline, as per our Shipping Policy.
  • The original proof of purchase and delivery must be presented.
  • The product(s) is returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

To request a return, simply follow these steps:

4. Log your request via our contact form within 7 working days from date of order being delivered. Please select “Warranty and Returns.”

5. To facilitate review, our support team will get in touch with you to request for supporting documents, including but not limited to: original proof of purchase and delivery, photo(s) of product, reasons for return request, etc.

6. For approved requests for returns, our support team shall arrange for collection of product(s) and refund in the form of store credits.

Disclaimer

The processing of all requests may take between 14 – 28 working days.

Review and approval for all requests shall be at the absolute discretion of KHL Secure Pte Ltd.

KHL Secure Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
